Ingredients

  • 100 g pork, liempo, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup squash, cut into cubes
  • 6 pc sitaw, cut up
  • 4 pc shrimp
  • 1 pack DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Gata Mix (40g), dissolved in 3/4 cup water

Preparation

1. Simmer pork in water until cooked.
2. Add squash, sitaw, and shrimps then cook for 10 minutes.
3. Pour dissolved DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy Gata Mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
